99.5% monthly target. If uptime falls below 99.0% in a given month, the remedy is termination for convenience with 30 days' notice following a cure period — not automatic service credits. Service credits are available only under an optional negotiated Schedule C.
Primary hosting in Frankfurt, EU. US hosting is available on request. Where data leaves the EEA, transfers are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Do you use our data for training purposes?
No. The platform requires no training at all — this is a deliberate design choice and a core differentiator from competitors that rely on learned models for routing decisions.
How do I know the savings figures are real and not inflated?
Every substitution is logged and verifiable against your actual provider invoices through the Model Delta Invoice — savings aren't self-reported or estimated after the fact.
Is CARDIAC-PURR AI Control Plane's fee separate from what we pay LLM providers directly?
Yes. You continue paying providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) directly for the underlying model usage exactly as you do today. CARDIAC-PURR AI Control Plane's fee is a share of the savings it generates against what you would otherwise have spent — not a replacement for, or a markup on, provider billing. If a request generates no savings, there's no fee on that request ("$0 Fee if Savings = Zero").
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Free, Growth, and Scale are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Enterprise may use negotiated contractual terms, including custom contract and DPA terms.
How does the revenue-share pricing actually work?
CARDIAC-PURR AI Control Plane takes a share of the verified savings it generates each month, not a flat subscription. Growth is 25% of verified savings, capped at $75,000/month. Scale is 22% of verified savings, capped at $150,000/month. Enterprise economics are negotiated/custom. If verified savings are zero, the platform fee is zero.
What happens if we exceed the Free tier's 15,000-request cap?
Routing stops for the rest of the month (HTTP 429) until your request counter resets — your account does not automatically convert to a paid tier. Upgrade to a paid plan to keep routing past 15,000 requests.
What happens if the Scale monthly fee cap is reached before the month ends — does routing stop, or does the fee just stop growing?
On Scale, routing continues in full after the $150,000/month fee cap is reached; the fee stops growing for that month. The same applies on Growth once its $75,000/month cap is reached. Enterprise uses negotiated commercial terms.
Can we move between tiers, or downgrade?
Plan changes are handled through account settings or support where available. Free, Growth, and Scale are month-to-month; Enterprise follows the negotiated agreement.
What's included in the Free tier vs. paid tiers?
Free gives you up to 15,000 requests per month at $0 — enough to validate savings on real traffic before committing. Growth and Scale remove the request cap and include full platform access. Enterprise adds negotiated service, support, compliance, contract, and DPA terms.
Do you offer volume or annual discounts outside the standard tiers?
Scale provides improved standard economics with a 22% verified-savings rate capped at $150,000/month. Enterprise terms are negotiated/custom for larger or more complex deployments.
What counts as one "request" for billing — does a cascaded/retried call to a fallback provider count once or multiple times?
You're billed on verified monthly savings, not per-request. A cascaded or retried call — e.g. failing over from one provider to another — is billed once, based on whichever provider actually produced the successful response, never charged twice for a single logical request. This applies uniformly to both self-serve and enterprise billing; there's only one billing engine.
Can we cancel at any time — what happens to our data/configuration if we do?
Self-serve accounts can request cancellation at any time through support. The account is disabled immediately, and you have 30 days to export your data via the account export endpoint — after that it's anonymised (the account record is kept for billing/legal purposes, but personal identifiers are irreversibly cleared). Enterprise accounts under a signed Order Form can't self-serve cancel — termination follows the agreement's process: for cause with a 30-day cure period, or for convenience with 90 days' notice.
Do you offer custom/negotiated pricing above the Scale tier?
Yes — Enterprise uses negotiated/custom economics, service terms, compliance documentation, and contracting. Talk to us if you're seeing meaningful monthly savings and want to explore what that looks like.
Can we see the exact rate/cap schedule?
The public tiers are Free, Growth at 25% of verified savings capped at $75,000/month, Scale at 22% of verified savings capped at $150,000/month, and Enterprise with negotiated/custom economics. Your invoiced fee for any period is available via your account's Billing History and Account Export API, verifiable against your actual provider invoices.
How do we know our monthly invoice won't be unpredictable?
Scale has a published $150,000/month fee cap, and Enterprise terms are negotiated before deployment. Growth is tied to verified savings at 25%, so fees are based on measured value rather than gross provider spend.
